Scottish folk metal is a subgenre of heavy metal music that incorporates elements of traditional Scottish folk music, such as bagpipes, fiddles, and Celtic melodies, with the aggressive and powerful sound of metal. Bands like Alestorm and Saor are known for blending these two distinct styles to create a unique and energetic sound that pays homage to their Scottish heritage. The lyrics often touch on themes of Scottish history, folklore, and mythology, adding an extra layer of depth and storytelling to the music. Overall, Scottish folk metal is a dynamic and exciting genre that combines the best of both worlds. **

Nu Metal is a subgenre of metal music that emerged in the late 1990s and early 2000s. It combines elements of metal, hip-hop, alternative rock, and other genres. While some purists may argue that Nu Metal is not "real" metal music due to its incorporation of non-traditional elements, others consider it a legitimate and innovative evolution of the genre. Ultimately, whether Nu Metal is considered real metal music is subjective and depends on individual preferences and definitions of what constitutes metal music. **

For metal music, it is generally recommended to use heavier gauge strings, such as .010-.052 or .011-.056. These thicker strings provide more tension and can handle the aggressive playing style and heavy riffing often associated with metal music. Additionally, coated or treated strings can help to prolong the life of the strings, as metal players often use heavy distortion and aggressive picking techniques which can cause strings to wear out more quickly. **

I can recommend several popular folk metal bands such as Eluveitie, Ensiferum, Korpiklaani, and Finntroll. These bands are known for blending traditional folk music elements with heavy metal, creating a unique and energetic sound. Each band brings their own cultural influences and storytelling to their music, making them a great choice for fans of folk metal. **

No, colorful corn does not make colorful popcorn. The color of the popcorn is determined by the variety of the corn kernel, not the color of the cob. When the kernel is heated, it pops and retains its original color. So, even if the corn cob is colorful, the popcorn will still be the traditional white or yellow color. **

Bronze appears red because of the presence of copper in its composition. Copper is a metal that has a reddish-brown color, and when it is mixed with other metals such as tin to create bronze, it imparts a reddish hue to the alloy. The amount of copper in the bronze mixture can also affect the shade of red that is produced. **
